About ProHammer

15+ years of fitting out
commercial spaces.

Founded in commercial construction in 2007. Specialised into LED display, racking, and full-service commercial fit-out for warehouses, cash & carry, and retail across the UK. Same in-house team. Every trade. One contract.

Our story

From house refurbs
to LED video walls
and everything between.

ProHammer started in 2007 as a construction and refurbishment business working on residential refurbs and small commercial projects across London and the South East. Officially incorporated as a limited company in 2018, we've spent the years since deliberately specialising into one thing: turnkey commercial fit-out, with LED display as the headline capability.

The pivot happened gradually. Commercial clients kept asking us to do the racking and the electrical and the lighting on the same project. Then the LED screens, which were always meant to be supplied by someone else, turned out to be the trade no other contractor could do well. We started fitting them ourselves. Five years later we'd installed thousands of screens.

Today we work almost exclusively with operators of warehouses, cash & carry stores, retail wholesalers, and commercial offices. They come to us because they're tired of coordinating five contractors on a fit-out, and we're the only contractor that handles every trade (LED, racking, electrical, networking, plumbing, CCTV, furniture) in-house, on one contract, with one project manager.

That's the entire promise of the business. Design. Build. Furnish. By one team, every time.

From the founder

Jas Sharma

Founder & Managing Director, Pro Hammer Ltd
"I never wanted to run a business that specialised in one trade. The fun is in seeing every part of a warehouse come together, and being the one who made it happen."

Every project that leaves our site has my name on it. We don't subcontract LED, racking, or electrical to people I haven't worked with for years. When a client calls me with a problem, I can pick up the phone to the person who installed the work, not to a different company. That's the only way I know how to run this.

What we believe

Six principles that shape
every project we take on.

These aren't slogans. They're the rules we use to decide what work to take, how to run it, and who we hire.

01

One contract, one team

If a client is paying us for a fit-out, they shouldn't also have to be the project manager. Every trade (LED, racking, electrical, networking, plumbing, CCTV, furniture) sits inside the same contract with one accountable lead.

02

Built in-house, not subcontracted

Our tradespeople are on the payroll, not the phone roster. NICEIC-qualified electricians, certified joiners, SEMA-trained racking installers, all employed directly. No subcontractor lottery, no schedule clashes.

03

Trade is the priority, not the showroom

We work around your operating hours, not ours. Pickers keep picking. Cash desks keep ringing. Customers keep shopping. The fit-out happens around you: overnight, phased, in zones. Never in front of you.

04

Specifications are decisions, not defaults

Pixel pitch, beam capacity, lux levels, IP ratings. Every spec is chosen for your space, not pulled from a brochure. Under-engineered installs are dangerous. Over-engineered ones are wasted money.

05

Quotes in 24 hours, not 24 days

A project manager picks up your brief and comes back with either a fixed quote or a site-survey date within a working day. No CRM funnel, no qualification call, no agency middleman.

06

Standards are signed off, not assumed

BS 7671 (electrical), BS 5839 (fire alarm), BS 5266 (emergency lighting), SEMA (racking), BS EN 12464 (lighting). Every certificate is issued in your name at handover. Nothing left for your facilities team to chase.

Certifications & accreditations

Certified, qualified, insured.

The credentials you'd expect from a contractor handling £500k+ commercial fit-outs. Confirmable directly with each body.
